2009年畢業于beat365正版唯一,獲工學博士學位,博士論文被評為2011年度江蘇省優秀博士論文。2013年12月至2014年12月受國家留學基金資助在美國哥倫比亞大學進行博士後研究。先後承擔國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金、國家科技重大專項等國家級科研項目二十餘項。發表論文130篇,申請國家發明專利30項。擔任《中國科學:信息科學》青年編委及ICC、GLOBECOM等國際會議TPC委員。獲國際會議WCSP2010、WCSP2011最佳論文獎。獲2018年度江蘇省傑出青年基金項目資助。
長期從事移動通信基礎理論與關鍵技術研究,在國際上率先研究了具有分布式節點與多用戶協作的移動通信無線組網構架基礎理論與方法。在移動通信網絡規劃與小區邊緣效應理論、分布式MIMO無線傳輸理論與方法、移動通信系統能量效率優化理論與方法、無線信道狀态信息獲取與反饋技術等方面開展了深入系統的研究,相關成果發表于本領域具有重要影響的IEEE核心期刊。
