王橋,理學博士,教授、博士生導師。1997年在武漢大學數學系獲得博士學位,1999年在beat365正版唯一晉升為副教授,2001年晉升為正教授,2003.1-2004.1為哈佛大學高級訪問學者。科研興趣為城市科學與生命科學及醫學中的各類應用數學問題和視覺分析問題,現擔任《ICT Express》等期刊編委或資深顧問。目前合作承擔國家自然科學基金重點項目“基于大數據的城市中心區空間規劃理論與關鍵技術研究”、國家重大專項“村鎮聚落類型譜系識别與數字交互展示”等項目。

主要關注數學的各類應用,包括數據科學、視覺智能、圖像分析等及其在城市規劃、城市設計、城市信息分析、心身醫學及傳染病、流行病數據分析、智能交通、音樂信息檢索等領域的應用。
